Local Support and Commitment
C&I provides dedicated local support from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM during normal business hours. Our local staff consists of highly trained and qualified employees who are prepared to address any questions regarding monitored systems or required service. We are committed to offering a level of personalized, local service unmatched by any other provider in the Wichita Falls, TX area. From initial contact, throughout installation, and subsequent follow-up, our professional staff members collaborate closely with each customer to ensure complete satisfaction. Once a project is authorized, we consistently coordinate with customers to complete all work in a timely and efficient manner.
Our company has maintained a permanent location with full-time staff for over 45 years and carries complete contractual insurance coverage on our projects. We also provide Payment and Performance Bonding on projects when required.
